The brushed and polished stainless steel case, with a round 13mm thickness, offers a refined yet sporty silhouette. Its blue dial, adorned with a fine sunray finish, radiates depth and sophistication. The design is accentuated by rhodium-plated feuille hands and applied Arabic numeral hour markers, while a subtle silvered dot minute/seconds track runs around the periphery for balanced symmetry. A hallmark of this model is the fractions-of-a-second track printed along the inner flange—also known as the réhaut—featuring a quarter-second scale for precision timekeeping. This not only emphasizes the chronograph’s functionality but also echoes the Portugieser’s legacy as a seafaring instrument of accuracy. Chronograph features include a large central seconds counter hand, a 30-minute counter at 12 o’clock, and a small seconds sub-dial at 6 o’clock, delivering both balance and clarity.
