Since 1999, we’ve cleaned over two million ultra-luxury handbags. That’s more than anyone else on earth. When we couldn’t find the perfect products to use in our Atelier, we spent the last ten years developing our own. Meet your one-kit wonder. PRODUCT CARE Due to the unique nature of each item, including variations in leather type, age, finish, dye, and prior treatments, we recommend using this product with care. Always spot-test on an inconspicuous area and let it dry for at least one hour to ensure compatibility before treating the bag. ReNew is best for smooth or grained finished leathers, coated canvas, patent leather, nylon, and vinyl. Use with caution on vachetta as it may accelerate the development of the patina. Please DO NOT use ReNew on suede, nubuck, exotic skins, embellished or hand-painted surfaces, vintage pieces with cracking, or full fabric bags. Have more questions? Visit our FAQ page.
Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
